This website belongs to ASWAD SpA, RUT 78.530.921-9. This page explains how the company’s contact form and consultation calendar work. For questions about how information you share with the company is handled, write to info@aswad.uk.

Form data

The form lets you enter your name, company, email, country, solution of interest and a description of your requirements. We use this information to discuss your needs and coordinate their commercial or technical review.

Direct submission to the commercial team

When you press “Send enquiry”, the data is sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, the service that processes the form and forwards it to info@aswad.uk. It may request an anti-spam check. Receiving these messages requires ASWAD to have previously confirmed its mailbox with the provider.

Other contact channels

Selecting WhatsApp or “Open email” opens the relevant channel with your message prepared. The text is included in the link that opens that channel and may be received by WhatsApp or your email app. ASWAD receives your enquiry when you send it. During direct contact, you can agree on a suitable channel for sharing confidential documents.

Storage and external services

This website has no dedicated form database, analytics tools or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. FormSubmit states in its documentation that it retains enquiries for 30 days. Received emails remain in ASWAD’s mailbox according to its management practices. The hosting platform and external services may process technical or access data under their own policies.

Changing language

If you change language while completing the form, we temporarily save the draft in this tab so it can be restored in the other version. It is removed after restoration or when you close the tab. The text you enter remains in its original language.

Booking consultations

When you press “Book a consultation”, ASWAD’s Google Calendar booking schedule loads in a window within the website. It can also be opened in a separate tab. Google manages booking data and may use cookies or other technical data under its policies. The invitation and video meeting link depend on ASWAD’s calendar settings.
